Dave Iemolo has devoted the last 25 years of his career as a commercial real estate professional. During this timeframe, he has functioned in a wide variety of real estate roles, including asset management, acquisitions, development, leasing, and operations.
This tenure has included the following senior level positions: Director of Commercial Real Estate with Gibraltar Capital (Toll Brothers); Director of Operations with Somerset Properties; Sr. Director of Development with Federal Realty Investment Trust; Director of Real Estate U.S. with IKEA; VP of Asset Management and Acquisitions with Legg Mason Real Estate Services (Grosvenor); and Sr. Associate of Asset Management with Coopers & Lybrand (PWC).
Having advised and represented institutional and private investors in more than $1 Billion of commercial transactions, Mr. Iemolo has demonstrated an ability to create value across the full spectrum of commercial property types. He has additionally planned, entitled and advanced more than $500 Million of various development projects.
This exposure has provided him with a comprehensive understanding of real estate life cycles, and their specific capital requirements. Dave has also has extensive distressed debt experience, having focused on investment opportunities during both the savings and loan crisis and the more recent real estate downturn.
Dave supports many charitable foundations and causes both at the community level and beyond. He has additionally coached youth sports (baseball, soccer, and lacrosse) within Marple Newtown since 2005.
Mr. Iemolo graduated in 1989 with a Bachelor of Science in Finance from Millersville University and has completed ongoing continuing education coursework with ICSC, ULI, CCIM and other industry associations. He is also a licensed real estate salesperson in Pennsylvania. Dave resides in Newtown Square (Delaware County), Pennsylvania, with his wife (Denise) and two sons (Owen and Parker).
