Chris Datz has been an active real estate professional and principal since 1997. In his career, Chris has been actively involved in hundreds of real estate transactions, comprised of multiple asset classes of property, with aggregate value approaching $1 Billion.

Chris began his career as an Asset Manager at Philadelphia based Brandywine Construction & Management, Inc (“BCMI”). While at BCMI, Chris was actively involved in the leasing and management function for multiple trophy-class assets including The Philadelphia Stock Exchange Building, The National Press Building, and 1845 Walnut Street in Philadelphia.

After BCMI, Chris joined the Flynn Company, a full service Philadelphia real estate service platform where he ran a 1 million square foot industrial portfolio in Central Pennsylvania for a pension fund client of the firm.

In 2001, Chris formed Pintzuk Brown Realty Group, where the partnership acquired and developed approximately 20 properties comprised of approximately 1 million square feet, valued at approximately $200MM.

Since 2012, Chris has been utilizing his career experience to actively secure debt and equity on behalf of private and institutional clients. Chris was a Co-founder and partner at Washington Square Realty Capital, a boutique capital advisor located in Center City.

Chris has been active in many charitable and non-profit endeavors within his community throughout the past twenty years including the Malvern Prep Alumni Association and the Catholic Youth Organization where he has been a lacrosse coach since 2011.

Mr. Datz graduated in 1997 with a Bachelors of Science in Economics from Providence College in Providence, RI, and is a 1993 graduate of the Malvern Preparatory School in Malvern, PA. He currently resides in Chester County, Pennsylvania, with his wife (Meredith) and three children (Christopher, Alexandra, and Chloe).
